Terms of Service

Steadio™ is a web-based platform designed to support Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) camps and similar camp programs. Steadio helps authorized camp staff coordinate blood-glucose tracking, medication administration (MAR), mental, emotional and social health (MESH) check-ins, and cabin-level care during a camp session.

Steadio is provided by Enchantra, Inc. ("Enchantra," "we," "our"). By accessing or using Steadio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Steadio is intended solely for use by authorized camp staff (including medical directors, nurses, health-center staff, MESH staff, counselors, and administrators) of a camp that has entered into an agreement with Enchantra (the "Camp Operator"). Accounts are provisioned by the Camp Operator's administrator. Self-registration is not permitted.

You agree to use Steadio only in connection with your official duties for the Camp Operator.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with anyone else, including other staff members.
• You must notify your Camp Operator immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Steadio enforces automatic session timeouts and role-based access controls to help protect health information.

Steadio is used to record sensitive health information about minors, including blood-glucose readings, medications administered, and mental-health observations. You agree to enter accurate information, to treat all data in the platform as confidential, and to comply with the Camp Operator's policies and all applicable laws regarding the handling of protected health information.

Steadio is a documentation, coordination, and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or automated clinical decision-making. Steadio does not calculate insulin doses or recommend clinical interventions. All clinical judgment and decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified medical professionals designated by the Camp Operator.

You agree not to:

• Access data about campers or staff outside the scope of your role.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, audit logging, or rate limits.
• Export, copy, or share data except as authorized by the Camp Operator.
• Introduce malware, scrape the platform, or interfere with its operation.
• Use Steadio for any purpose unrelated to camp health operations.

Steadio™ is a trademark of Enchantra, Inc. All software, designs, content, and trademarks associated with Steadio are the property of Enchantra or its licensors. No license is granted to you except the limited right to use Steadio in accordance with these Terms and your Camp Operator's agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Enchantra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Steadio. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enchantra, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your access to or use of Steadio; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including any camper, parent, or guardian; or (d) any inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized data you enter into the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Camp Operators. Continued use of Steadio after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
